Ian began his mortgage career in 2002 and quickly realized that helping families with their financial goals and facilitating home ownership was his passion. Over the last 20+years in the industry, he's originated residential and commercial loans all over the country. In addition to the standard and traditional products, Ian also manages the Specialty Loans Department, which offers Bridge Loans, Bank Statement Loans and Land Loans, among many other Non-QM products.
