TSAHC has received a $500 contribution from Dallas Home Security Judge to support the Texas Financial Toolbox www.texasfinancialtoolbox.com online resource. The donation will help support the site's mortgage calculator, an interest rate tool that helps potential home buyers estimate their mortgage interest rate based on their credit score.
Knowing their approximate interest rate can help home buyers determine if they can afford to buy a home before approaching a mortgage lender. Dallas Home Security Judge's donation will help TSAHC continue to offer this important tool for another year.
