PNC recently awarded TSAHC with a $20,000 grant in support of the 2023 Supportive Housing Academy. The Academy is an additional training opportunity provided in connection with the 2023 Permanent Supportive Housing Symposium.
The Academy, which will be offered on November 8th, will provide instruction and cover the fundamental elements of developing and operating quality supporting housing, including how to assess an organization's readiness to operate supportive housing and how to identify the differences between supportive and affordable housing. In addition to being a time of learning, the Academy will also provide an opportunity for attendees to network with other mission-driven organizations and entities.
We are thankful for PNC's generous support of the 2023 Supportive Housing Academy. We look forward to our continued partnership as we pursue the advancement of housing options available to families and communities across Texas who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
