TSAHC has received a $500 contribution from the Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC) to support the Texas Financial Toolbox www.texasfinancialtoolbox.com online resource. The donation will help support the site's mortgage calculator, an interest rate tool that helps potential home buyers estimate their mortgage interest rate based on their credit score.
