JPMorgan Chase & Co. recently awarded TSAHC with a $50,000 grant in support of the Texas Supportive Housing Institute, a TSAHC initiative that provides nonprofit developers with the information, resources, and tools they need to create successful permanent supportive housing (PSH) projects in their communities.

As a nationwide model, PSH is considered the most effective housing intervention for serving individuals living with a serious persistent mental illness, and persons experiencing chronic homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. The service-enriched affordable housing provided by PSH communities helps the most vulnerable individuals and families lead more stable lives.

With this grant, JPMorgan Chase is supporting the training and technical assistance provided by the 2021 Institute, as well as the efforts made by development teams to establish PSH projects in their communities.

We’re thankful for JPMorgan Chase continued partnership and generous investment in TSAHC and our programs!
