2025 PSH Symposium - Registration Now Open!

Registration is now open for the 2025 Permanent Supportive Housing Symposium to be held November 4-5, 2025, at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The 1.5 day Symposium will provide a platform for developers, property managers, service providers, health professionals, homelessness response organizations, and others to share best practices, collaborate, and gain insight into how to work together to move families and individuals out of housing instability and into permanent, service-enriched housing.

Early Bird Pricing

Between now and September 1st, you can register at the early bird rate of $200 for nonprofit and governmental attendees and $350 for corporate attendees. We also offer a discounted registration of $50 for students and tenants of income-restricted housing that won't go up after the early bird period.

Symposium Add-Ons

To supplement the Symposium content, we will be offering the following add-ons:

  • Supportive Housing Academy conducted by the Corporation for Supportive Housing on Monday, November 3rd.
  • Supportive Housing Tour of three local supportive housing developments on the morning of Tuesday, November 4th.

Featured Plenary Speaker - Jeff Hobbs

Our featured plenary speaker is Jeff Hobbs, author of Seeking Shelter: A Working Mother, Her Children and a Story of Homelessness in America

Jeff is the New York Times bestselling author of The Short and Tragic Life of Robert Peace, which won the Los Angeles Times Book Prize, was a finalist for the Pen/Faulkner Award in Biography, was a finalist for the Carnegie Medal in nonfiction, and was made into the 2024 film Rob Peace. He is also the author of Show Them You’re Good and Children of the State. He lives in Los Angeles with his family.

 

Preliminary Agenda

There are three tracks that speak to the varied interests of attendees: (1) supportive housing design and development, (2) financing for development and supportive services and (3) operations and service delivery. Additionally, there will be two other plenary sessions highlighting perspectives from authority figures in supportive housing and multiple networking opportunities including a networking reception.
