Thank you Texas Capital for generously supporting the upcoming 2025 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Symposium as a ADVOCATE LEVEL sponsor. Texas Capital's sponsorship will specifically support the financing content provided under the affordable housing finance track, which will include sessions about established and creative methods of financing for both upfront construction and ongoing operations and service delivery costs.
Texas Capital has been a supporter of TSAHC's supportive housing efforts since 2019, first as a sponsor of the Texas Supportive Housing Institute and then as a sponsor the of inaugural PSH Symposium in 2023. Before that, Texas Capital served as a financing partner for our single family and multifamily development programs. We are truly grateful for their partnership over the years, and would like to thank them for the continuation of that partnership in 2025.
The 2025 PSH Symposium will take place in November at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. It will provide an educational forum for supportive housing providers where they can learn from industry experts and each other about topics relating to affordable housing finance, real estate design and development, and delivery of supportive services. At TSAHC, we are thankful to provide this forum in support of supportive housing organizations and efforts across the state.
