
TSAHC hosts webinars throughout the year to provide additional educational opportunities. Listed below are webinars that have already taken place along with the information shared during each.
TSAHC and a team of subject matter experts have teamed up to provide a free on-demand training focusing on heirs' property and estate planning issues. This training will equip housing counselors and other community resource providers with the tools they need to incorporate estate planning topics into their home buyer education curriculum. Participants will also receive information on how to develop referral networks to connect heirs' property clients with appropriate legal services.

Jerry Romero, Wells Fargo Community Development Director based in El Paso and TSAHC board member, provided a tutorial on how to utilize their Hands on Banking program to help your clients reach their financial goals. Whether your client wants to build their credit and investments, buy a home, or even open their first bank accounts, the Hands on Banking program offers all the basic money tools, skills, and information you and your clients need.

Industry professionals who adopt these standards can be trusted to provide consistent, high quality education and guidance.
Cormac manages the day-to-day administration of the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. He oversees the approval of new Adopters, enhancements to the website, and serves as a conduit between adopting organizations and the governing National Industry Standards Committee. Additionally, he manages the professional certifications of the NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC).
