Announcing the 2025 Texas Housing Impact Fund Investment Report

March 6, 2026 | by Anna Orendain

We are excited to share that our 2025 Texas Housing Impact Fund Report is now available!

Our Texas Housing Impact Fund (THIF) provides affordable housing developers with financing for the acquisition and construction of rental housing developments across Texas.

This financing comes in the form of either short or long-term loans with competitive rates and can be combined with other financing products. This gives local, nonprofit housing developers the flexibility they need to create sustainble, affordable housing.

THIF intentionally supports developments that create stability, healthy environments, increased mobility, and a high quality of life for low- and moderate-income Texans.

About the 2025 THIF Report

Our annual Texas Housing Impact Fund Investment Report is our way of looking back at the program and its loan products, showing its impact through the years, and highlighting the properties across Texas that have received funding through THIF. TSAHC awarded more than $7 million in financing to affordable housing developers in 2025.

This year's report begins with a birds-eye overview of the program as well as the TSAHC Board of Directors and the TSAHC Loan Committee that have oversight.

The 2025 investment report also features spotlights on two multifamily rental properties that were recently financed through the Texas Housing Impact Fund: the Landmark on Pine (Texarkana) and the Delara Chase apartments (Fort Worth).

The report also features an interactive map that lets users explore all the properties that THIF has helped finance throughout the history of the program.

If you'd like to familiarize yourself with the Texas Housing Impact Fund and the impact that its had on the state throughout the years, we'd recommend checking out the 2025 THIF report here.
