Hi Gloria, we’d recommend consulting a trusted tax professional for any advice regarding your taxes.
Hello I also emailed you from the website I took the quiz on for the home owners loans. I got approved for two loans MCC,DPA loans. I’ve never done this type of thing so I’m hoping you could help me.
I am a first-time homebuyer, my total finances are below 30,000 a year. I’m on disability and I have a permanent disability. I have been currently making all my payments on time but every time lenders see my car they think I have a lot of money and I am barely making it now. I will soon be paying off most of my highest bills soon. My debt to ratio is not very good because I had to rob Peter to pay Paul, but I had to do what I had to do. I am a senior citizen who knows I can handle my bills, I do not file taxes anymore because of my disability, but I do have my transcripts from 2017, 2018, 2019, I do not have 2020 because I do not file taxes. What else do I need to prove that I do not file taxes?
