For many Americans, a home is a place of comfort and security they can call their own. Here at TSAHC, we believe everyone deserves safe, decent, affordable housing.

To wrap up this year's Homeownership Month, we're offering a new training for lenders, REALTORS®, and housing counselors, focused on helping Hispanic households become homeowners. This free webinar, entitled "Down Payment Assistance y Más: Resources to Better Serve Hispanic Home Buyers," allows our network of lenders, REALTORS®, and housing counselors to learn more about:

  • The current state of Hispanic homeownership
  • Barriers to homeownership
  • Opportunities for TSAHC's homeownership programs to help
  • Best practices for lenders, REALTORS®, and housing counseling organizations
  • Marketing tools and resources for Spanish-speaking home buyers
