Calling all lenders and REALTORS®! Are you looking to grow your business and help more clients achieve homeownership?

You're in luck -- to celebrate National Homeownership Month this year, we refreshed our Train the Trainer webinar to give our network even more tools, insights, and resources to support homebuyers with our programs.

Free and available on-demand 24/7, this webinar series contains 4 modules broken down into the following:

  • Module 1: Covers everything you need to know about down payment assistance.
  • Module 2: An in-depth review of the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) and how it delivers long term tax savings to homeowners.
  • Module 3: Explores client eligibility for our programs.
  • Module 4: How to market yourself alongside our programs.

Collectively, these modules enable you to educate home buyers about TSAHC's down payment assistance and Mortgage Credit Certificate programs and provide helpful pointers on how to market yourself using our programs and resources. As an added benefit, completing the modules also gives you access to our updated library of resources and marketing materials.

In last week's blog post, we created an easy-to-access list of resouces that home buyers can use to better understand our programs and the homebuying process. Click here for access to step-by-step homebuying guides, informational videos, TSAHC program comparison calculators, and more.

Lastly, we'd recommend keeping in touch with us via our social media pages, which feature additional information about homeownership and our programs.
