This week on the blog, we're excited to share new resources that highlight and explain our Homes for Texas Heroes Program!
If you're part of our network of lenders and REALTORS®, you may already know that we offer marketing resources for TSAHC’s programs. These include in-person marketing opportunities, our train-the-trainer program, a suite of digital content for social media, pre-printed brochures, and fillable flyers in both English and Spanish.
This week, we're expanding our current collection of fillable marketing flyers to include new flyers geared towards the professions that qualify under our Homes for Texas Heroes Program. We’re also adding to digital content for social media with new graphics promoting the program.
We encourage you to take advantage of these new resources to inform your network and prospective homeowners about this valuable program that honors the work they do for Texas communities.
Homes for Texas Heroes
Under the Homes for Texas Heroes Program, TSAHC provides 30-year fixed interest rate mortgage loans, down payment assistance grants, and mortgage credit certificates to teachers, fire fighters, EMS personnel, police and correctional officers, and veterans. You can find brochures and flyers specific to the Homes for Texas Heroes program and our digital marketing resources. And we're always happy to send you pre-printed brochures for free.
